BANG! is a Centia Business Advisors peer group program that was designed for the business owner/CEO that want to take their business to a higher level and are ready to share their insights and knowledge with others in the business community. Members of the BANG! peer group will:
- sharpen their leadership skills
- gain a fresh perspective on their own business
- hold each other accountable for their actions or inactions
Every month, six to eight business professionals from diverse, non-competing industries come together in a trusted, confidential, peer to peer setting to grapple with the issues that can make or break a business. They share hard earned expertise and fresh ideas to reach better solutions.
There are four elements to the BANG! program:
- Brainstorming (the basis of a mastermind group)
- Accountability (turns brainstorming ideas into ACTIONS)
- Networking (the natural product of getting to know your fellow members very well)
- Group interactions
