Business Coaching
There is a difference between consulting and business coaching. A consultant is project oriented. You can hire a financial consultant, an HR consultant, a sales and marketing consultant and so on. A consultant works on a project. When it is done, they are gone. We are not consultants in that aspect.
Business coaching is different. Over time, you and your business coach will touch on every aspect of your business. Your coach will have the experience and knowledge to work through the issues you grapple with everyday. Having a business coach is a long term relationship. Together, you will build a bond of trust and confidence. Your coach will become a resource, a teacher and a confidant. Your coach will help you sift through the issues and hold you accountable for the actions that are needed for your success.
